I am considering ordering the following supplements from America after reading threads and board discussions.
Before i do i was looking to have a couple of questions answered.
1, Is anyone currently taking the below supplements?
2, opinions on them?
3, can these be taken together?
Spike ? One in morning and one prior to training.
Surge ? 3 level scoops, 93grms 16 servings per container. Take after training.
Metabolic Drive - 3scoops 83grms. After workout on an empty stomach ? morning and night.
Micronized creatine ? 1 ? t spoons per serving. Mix with per/post workout.
Alpha Male - One in morning and one at tea ? always on empty stomach
I would appreciate all opinions and comments.
