My Stats, In Need of a Cutting Diet

Hey everyone im in the process of cutting an i need a good diet.Right now im using these foods to cut but still pro belly have over calorie intake. right now i eat chicken,Tuna,low carb noodles,Beef {burg} Oatmeal an water intake alot more now.My Bf percent right now is pro belly 12 or 10.I want to get to about 5%.So ide like a meal plan that specific to follow. my wt is 156 currently.I train 5 days a week Monday is cardio.So thanks for any help my way.

How about a little more info. on training, height, training level, a timetable to reach your goals, maybe a photo etc...

Ok heres a little more information.My hight is only 5'4 short I know.Im 156 currently about 12% BF mabey 10.So im looking for a diet to follow by my wt an training.Tranning I do 5 times a week Monday is my cardio day an the rest I lift plus more cardio.I drink only water for that.an weekends i take off.So if anyone know a diet i should use for my Wt an BF send it on over thanks.

Ive looked up few of these diets an they can be confusing because im trying to find out how many calories an things i like to eat i can do.
