My Squat Form

Hi Jim. I just wonder if my squat form is good because I began squatting deeper than earlier.

btw. I’m on Beyond 1.1, it’s just great.

Just control the descent a little better. Form, while important, is a scapegoat of the weak. Don’t go crazy.

I’m on Beyond 1.2 - 3 week already, and I adapt to your advice. Can you take a look on my squats again?

Last set is TM btw.

It looks like the planes and leverages are all fine. It’s a little storage that it looks like your hips start the whole lift by shooting backwards. Should all be good though, you’re not struggling through anything.

Form is good. You are fine.

Now get stronger.
