My Shiny New Harness

G’day all,

My shiny new running harness arrived last night, and I’m keen to get out dragging some stuff around. However, before I jump headlong into it, I thought I’d seek some advice.

I run about 4-5 times during the week, as I need to be able to pump out the kilometres. I also play rugby, so an ability to be reasonably fast is required.

What are some common loads/distances/times/splits for resistance running?
