My Script Seems Lame...

#1

So, at 29 years old, I’m expecting my first child in a month or two, and it had me wanting to get back on track- health wise. I went to my PCP and he took a blood test to find my test levels at 240. He wasn’t much concerned with it, but I’m floored at how low that is. He prescribed me -1ML/100Mg shot every 21 days.

This seems like a waste of money and effort…am I wrong for expecting that MG every 5-7 days instead? Am I overly ambitious to want my levels 500-700? Ive adjusted diet and exercise to also help with my health and levels. Any help or advise is appreciated.
