8 x 4 Bench press
8 x 4 Bent over row
8 x 4 Military press
8 x 4 Chin �?? ups
8 x 3 Skull crusher
8 x 3 Standing bicep curl

Tuesday
8 x 3 Woodchuck
8 x 4 Deadlifts
8 x 4 Squats
8 x 4 Leg curl
8 x 3 Leg press
8 x 4 Calf raise

Wednesday
OFF

Thursday
8 x 3 Serratus crunch / torso track
6 x 3 Cable cross over
6 x 3 Incline bench press
8 x 4 Wide-grip chin-ups
6 x 3 Military press
6 x 3 Lateral deltoid raise
8 x 3 Incline dumbbell bicep curl
8 x 3 Tricep pull down

Friday
8 x 3 Oblique exercise
8 x 4 Stiff leg deadlift
8 x 4 Front squats
8 x 3 Leg curl
8 x 4 Calf raise

Saturday / Sunday
OFF

Ok dude, Im no expert but…

-Way too much volumne
-Compound Exercises before remedial and auxillary exercises
-Theres no system here

My advice, use one of the proven programs from the site writers
