Honestly, I just want to lift more weight, and I think Sumo would allow me to do that while improving my conventional. I’m gonna get a belt this summer, once I have a job / steady income. I know the greatest deadlifters don’t train just one style, so that’s where my idea came from.

Well, tried to establish a TM for Bench today, that went pretty dismally.

This killed me when it shouldn’t have. Also, over the last month and a half, I have lost 10 pounds unintentionally, gotten much weaker, and look worse. I probably have a parasite, because my stomach has been hurting for the last 6 weeks as well, and I haven’t been able to move my bowels much. I also haven’t been eating that much. So, I know what my problem is, but I am completely unable to fix it. Whatever. I’ll see what the blood test I take next week shows.

Andddd I took the time to squat with the new SSB’s in my school today. God are they ridiculously hard to use! They’re from Rogue, the bar weighs 75 lbs.

I think I might have an ulcer. An endoscopy is in my future, unfortunately. Also, I am severely lactose intolerant and can’t have gluten either. Sticking to sausages and turkey to sustain myself.

On the plus side, though, since I cut out junk food and everything else that gives me day-long stomach cramps, I’ve leaned out quite a bit. I’m also faster and get out of breath less.
