Protein: 238g (1.5g/lbm)- 318g (2g/lbm) depends if I am lifting on that day
Carbs: I may take in 30 g on training days.
Fat: Incidental except what is in 6oz of salmon.
Cardio: None, other than any walking from every day life.
Weights: 2-3x a week. Week 1: legs, push, pull Week 2: upper/lower
