My Progress


Hey all…

Here’s my progress over the last 6months… gained approximately 160 pounds of mass and lost about 15% bodyfat.

…now all I do is lift big metal thingies with big arms and no chest…

Before anyone asks, my diet for the first 4 months was a mammmary-based liquid protein, now I’ve graduated to cheerios and applesauce. Yum.
