I have just finished my first 10 day cycle involving ladders and have been employing CT’s methods (ramping, density layers) for about 3 months consistently and have seen great progress. My Power Clean has moved from 205 to 250. My Push Press went from 215 to 235. Bench went from 245 to 280. Deadlift from 300 to 360. Front Squat from 250 to 295.
I have traps now, my shoulders are far more round, my grip is a lot stronger, and muscles are harder when relaxed than they have ever been. I am not where I want to be, but will continue on. Thank you so much for all of your information and advice CT.
