3.5 months of training this is me now

Basketball player btw only trying to get about 190 pounds
Squat more. Eat more. Repeat.
Nice and lean. Eat eat eat to put on some mass.
Ok cool, I have been eating more as of late
depending on position... you won't need much more mass really.. i'd focus on strength, but of course the two go hand-in-hand i suppose
Position as in basketball.
