A bastardization of two great programs. Obviously, eat clean, eat ALOT, and sleep like a mofo.

Ok, I think I’m going to basically say what I’ve heard about olad on the forums. If you have the energy to do more,espically edt, afterwards, your not doing olad correctly. My personal advice, because of the experience I’ve had with it, is go with edt. You can pick up Coach Staley’s book at b and n. It’s called Muscle Logic. But choose one program and bust your ass on it.

How is it olad if you’re doing more than 1 lift a day?
