#1

Hello my recently numbers.
What do you think?
Shbg okay??

Please supply those numbers with lab ranges. No one here memorizes such things.

Please read these stickies:
- advice for new guys <--- note the first paragraph and supply more info
- protocol for injections -- probably not an option for you, but good info to understand
- things that damage your hormones

How old are you?
If younger, get lab for prolactin

LH changes from hour to hour. So the lab result tells you what?
FSH is steadier and is a better indicator of LH status than LH itself. So best to test LH and FSH.

Do not ignore thyroid issues in the stickies.
Many here also have thyroid/iodine problems.

Not interested in "normal", need to see numbers and ranges.

Are you using iodized salt?
Iodine in your vitamins?
Do you eat a lot of sea food?
Do you get cold easily?
Outer eyebrows sparse?

Thyroid labs:
TSH
fT3
fT4 [please not T3, T4]

You can evaluate overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as suggested in the thyroid basics sticky.

Are you taking vit-D3?
Many need 5,000iu to get proper Vit-D25 levels.
