My Next Cycle "Blast"

I’ve now moved back to 250 one time per week. I’m still around 335-339, but I’ve slimmed up even more. I’m going to focus on more HIIT and my diet to help get past this weight. Hopefully I can and I’ll run 250 until I get to 320 or so. Depending on my BP at that time, I may go ahead and start my blast or if not, try to drop to 310 or so.

I started keto at 334lbs on Nov1 2016 and since then, I’m down to 311 two weeks ago. I transitioned off keto through the holidays and started back yesterday on keto. My last weigh in was 319 pounds, so I’m using that as my starting point. I’m shooting for 300 this time and will stay on keto until I hit it.

After that, I may start my cycle which has changed slightly. I’ll update again once I decide that it’s the one I’m going to go with and not change it again.
