My New Toy

New York Barbell basic squat rack, plus their Flat/Incline/Decline bench…

Added a second set of pins for bands, and added a second set of J-hooks for benching. Also threw in a set of dipping bars.

Also, those are some IronMind Eagle Loops on the pull-up bar.

I’m pretty excited about putting it to work.

Edit:
I didn’t forget the picture. A mod just answered me and I believe the reason it didn’t post was that it was too big.

Did you forget the pic?

Uh huh this thread is completely useless without a picture :stuck_out_tongue:

Here’s the 10 year anniversary present I bought for myself last year. Not the best but beggars can’t be choosers.

KaiZen, is that a combo Smith machine and power rack? Interesting.

i used to train somewhere with one of them. they suck. people do smith exercises whilst you want to squat.

Not in my garage, they don’t.

Check out my garage gym ; let me know what you think. website is still under construction. http://metalloaders.4t.com/index.html

Nice, just don’t use for curls…lol…

No it’s not a Smith Machine. I use the same rack. Works perfectly for me.

Need4Speed,

Where d’ya keep your car?

I guess you have your priorities right, that’s all.
