Haha, he said it best at 0:55 “In this workout there are no rules, we’re just having fun”. Good for him. And if it inspires a few chubby folks to hop around in front of the TV, then all power to him.

By the way, I’m on my 3rd week of 5/3/1 and it’s fucking sweet!
