My New Favorite Shake Recipe

The oil blends nicely and gives the shake an extra citrus-y kick to it. Really smooths over the slight chalkiness you can get with just a plain shake w/ water.

12 oz water
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
2 scoops orange Low-Carb Grow!
1 tablespoon lemon flavor fish oil.
