Is it textbook type 3? I’ve enjoyed technical mastery program for type 3 and i like the TUT method, but sometimes a love to test deadlift max.
Without some program at gym, i am “paralysed” and dont know what to do…
In personal life, i’m missing empathy and often cant enjoy life at all. Everything is boring and i think my mind is working 24/7. Just sometimes after lunch, i am like i am turned off and i am staring on the wall without any thoughts- after long time its nice and calming. Sry for my english
