My Maxes: Any Glaring Weaknesses?


Just wondering, I did some random maxes today and I wasn't sure how balanced my lifts are

Close Grip Bench - 225
Military Press - 135 x 4
Chin-up(supinated) 230(including bw) x 3
External Rotation - 20 x 8 (not a true max)


Squat? Deadlift?


I looked in you're profile says 3 years lifting.

I think you need to get Strong(er) in everything.

Thanks to all for the responses, I agree that I need to get stronger in everything plus I found this article which basically answered my question
