I've given up my bulk. I feel like total shit when bulking so it's obviously not healthy and therefore worth it to me. My most energy and best strength gains came while following the Evolutionary Diet so I'm back to it. Today's lunch was 2 chicken brests diced in a skillet with a sundried tomatoe sausage, red peppers, 2 garlic cloves, 2 jalepeno peppers, 3 bean salad, and black olives. Yum!
