Type2B, you have to be joking. NOBODY can be this arrogant/stupid. Can you squat at least 2xBW, bench at least 1.5xBW, and pull at least 2.5BW? If not, you need to cut the shit. Hell, even if you do, you need to quit this. You reading about of these methodologies is like giving a 5 year old a Calculus book. Get a foundation first and shut the hell up.

TYPE2B - I can tell you that this will overtrain you faster than anything you have ever done, especially at this young stage of lifting for you. What you need to do is put together a program and follow it for a MINIMUM of 8 weeks. I suggest a solid beginners program on QWA’s website. It is a 12 week program. I still think you need to get a coach for your training. Good luck.
