This is going to be my log. Nothing fancy.

Present goals- NOV 5-3-1 to the end of the year. Madcow 5x5 and eating smart to get big,strong and thick. Then 5-3-1 for the summer months to slowly strip off any fat I've got and keep the muscle and strength.

Good day today. Prowler was hard as shit and that's a good thing. I'm doing 5-3-1 full body if you couldn't tell. I may start adding in some more rear delt and back work (yoke work basically) to stay healthy. Anyway this was a good training day
