My Homemade Glute-Ham Raise

I worked on it with my dad and it took a long time with tons of effort, but in the end, it was well worth it. I insisted that it needs much more support where the knees are but whatever, my dad knows everything.

I suck

Nice job, much better than spending $800 to buy one.

GREAT AVATAR

Awesome. We are the only people on the planet that you can brag to. Seriously though, that thing is sweet.

seriously, the total cost was probably ~$80 except I couldve made the design MUCH more simple. Whatever, its still sturdy.

That’s awesome.

The only piece of equipment I’ve made to date was my 2 and 3 boards, hah.

Work of art.

My first thought was “sweet”!!!

And its cool you and your pops worked on it together.

ALMOST 2 years old. Almost.

(edited because I live a year in the past)

Very cool! Looks like some pretty good craftsmanship went in to this project.

Now, build yourself a prowler and a reverse hyper and you will have three very cool training devices along with saving tons of money.

That’s awesome. My gym does not have a GHR station and there’s nothing that pisses me off more b/c Glutes and Hams are my favorite muscle group to work.

Your construction is very nice. Did you have a blueprint or did you come up with it on your own?
