She is curious about supplementing with creatine, and as of late has been sampling my post-workout concoction. I am assuming this is a good way for her to add qaulity muscle to her frame (5’6 123) but then again I have a penis therefore I am not qaulified on the subject. any thoughts?

I am not a t-vixen, but I fear your girl may feel a little bloated on creatine. But the stuff is cheap and the affects %100 reversible, so just try it out for a month.
