So im gonna start working out in my own little garage gym. all i have is a barbell weights, flat bench and a rack.
but i need some help with my routine. im gonna do something like this.
Barbell Row 5x5
Deadlift ramp up to 1x5
Front squat 3x5
OverHead Press 5x5
I will workout 3 times a week. and go for a 20-30 min jog 2 times a week.
all i want for you guys is to know if this will work just fine or if i need to change sometinhg ? if so.. what to change!
