My Food Intake?

I'm not cutting/bulking. I've just been trying to make a habit of eating well overall. All my lifts are going up and I'm feeling good!

I'm 5'6, 164lbs.

But I just wanted to know if you guys think I'm eating a "balanced" amount of food. I think I am making sure I have protein, carbs, and lots of veggies/fruit.

Here is my basic template I've been following for about 3 months now:

Breakfast:
3 Eggs
1 Large Potato
1 Banana
1 cup berries (blue or raspberries)
32oz Water

Lunch:
1/2 lb meat (chicken thighs, lamb, goat, fish, bison)
3 Cups Spinach
1 Bell Pepper
32oz Water

Snack:
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Dinner:
1/2 lb meat (salmon, goat, bison)
3 Cups of green veggies + another vegetable
2 Cups rice OR 1 large Potato
32oz Water

Looks good to me buddy. Have you calculated the macros? This info would be useful to you when it comes to change things up.

One thing I did note, is that I don’t think 2 cups of rice = 1 large potato, so there is some discrepancy there.
