So I finally got my numbers to what I consider respectable and decided to do my first meet as a raw 198 (weighed in at 194).
Definitely not a powerhouse but I'm happy with my numbers.
I went 9 for 9 and totaled 1290. My goal is 1400 for my next meet.
Squat - 450
Bench - 290
Dead - 550

I almost got buried by the squat because I had the bar too high. I just wasn't used to the monolift (no excuse I know) but I'll know better for next time. I usually use a low bar position.
