Hey all, this is footage from my first meet 6 weeks ago. My friend has started up a fitness channel on YouTube and used my comp for an episode - I hope no one minds the plug. I would love to get some critique on my lifts - not the easiest angle to judge; I know… Lifts start 20 seconds in.
The order of my bench attempts got messed up; my 3rd attemt is 1st, 1st is 2nd and 2nd is 3rd. 2nd attempt I was red lighted for lifting my head.
