My First Cycle

I'm getting ready to do my first cycle. I have 20ml Sust250.

Ok, so I was suggested to do 1 ml sust250 the first 4 weeks and then start 2 ml a week for 8 weeks. After reading a lot here I discovered that it may be better to just start with 2 ml a week and run that until its gone. I also learned from here that Sust250 should be taken EOD.

So 0.5 ml Sust250 EOD for 10 weeks is what I've concluded to be the best. I will be getting a weight gainer to supplement calories as well. I also have clomid for PCT.
Starting PCT 3 weeks after last shot for 3 weeks. 50/25/12.5
Have I missed anything?

What does your diet and training look like? From that picture I am sure it doesn’t look so hot. Without the right diet and training, you might as well open the vials and dump it down the toilet.

And what about an AI?

Absolutely no reason for you to do a cycle.

You barely look like you even lift (no offense).

I’m sure your diet are absolute shit, but you probably think that they are spot on. Post them so we can tell you how to fix them.

You have lbs and lbs of natural muscle growth ahead of you if you just get you shit together and try.

You don’t look like you lift. That’s not a good indictment if you are wishing to play around with your hormone balance at your age. You also don’t seem to know the difference between a SERM and an AI. That’s troubling.

If you decide to go through with this you will require an AI from first injection. AI= Aromatase inhibitor. It prevents the aromatase enzyme from acting on testosterone and turning the test into estrogen, and possibly giving you man boobs.

SERM= Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. These chemicals act on your estrogen receptors, not estrogen itself. SERMs prevent estrogen from exerting their cellular effects.

You use the SERM in the event you feel grains of rice sized tissue underneath your nipples, or if they become puffy and itchy or more sensitive then what you have noticed before. You also use a SERM during PCT.

I won’t lie, I’ve been dealing with an opiate addiction for a few years now. I’ve been to rehab and am good now but I know opiates deplete natural T levels and I’m currently on Suboxone(prescribed by my idiot, lol), another opioid. So I’m quite sure my T levels have been pretty low for a while, I’ll find out my test results on Monday,threw my last ones away.

You are right about my training and diet, it has been shit until about 6 months ago I would say. It’s probably still shit but a whole lot better than it used to be. So maybe it would be safer for me to say that I have been training for 6 months.

In regards to the AI, I thought I read something here that said on this small of a cycle it may not be required. If you are saying otherwise I will consider that for sure.

I have no idea of my daily caloric intake.

I train average 4 days a week, I used to work chest/tris,shoulders/traps, back/biceps, legs
but I’m now leaning towards working one muscle group at a time.

So basically what I’m hearing is have a proper diet, get AI, have a proper training regiment.

Let me reiterate my statement that you don’t look like you lift. If you walk down the beach you may be the only one that knows you lift weights. This is not meant to discourage you, it’s meant to motivate you to LOOK like you lift.

I have often quoted that what we do is a lifestyle measured in years and decades not in weeks and months.

The majority of young men coming in this forum are in a rush to lose weight and can not accept that lifestyle. They believe they can look like the Henry Cavill Superman character for a summer trip to the lake. I use him as an example because he is in great shape but no where as muscular and thick as many who post here.

What ideally you want to happen, is to establish a solid lifting schedule and come as near to the Henry Cavill body shape (just an example) before you even begin thinking about adding hormones to your system. When you feel your are hitting a wall and can not grow any further, guess what? Learn how to lift and eat and sleep, because this is the bigger part of the equation you are missing.

At this point you are not doing it right and it is those intangibles that determine your physique. Add injectable gear in a year or two if that will make you happy. Attain the first goal before you decide.

These hormones can wreck your system for a long time. Make yourself as knowledgeable of the pitfalls that these intramuscular injections can have on you as if you were treating yourself as a doctor.
