Hey guys, just looking for some advice on the plan i have set up for my self after doing some of my own research and thread reading.
Bf~12% (Already lost about 2% in a month and a half and will be lower by the time i start the cycle)
Aims: Gain some lean muscle mass and cut down near the end of the cycle
Training experience: 3 and half years - sustained injury last year which had me out for 4-5 months
1-12 testosterone enanthate 500mg a week, split mon/thursday
1-14 aromasin 12.5mg eod
5-12 HCG- 500ui x2 a week
13-14 HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 1000ius x2 a week
9-14 Anavar 60mg a day, bump to 80mg a day last 2 weeks.
15-18 clomid 20/20/20/20 mg a day
15-18 Unleashed/postcycle combo
15-18 Daa powder 3g’s a day
15-18 ostarine 25 mg day
15-18 keto burn supplement
extras: nizoral 2% shampoo for scalp health (reduce hair thinning)
