Just hooked up with a new training partner, he has done several shows and is aiming at a show the same weekend I am. Legs / Hamstring emphasis today:
Leg Presses: 360 x 20; 450 x 20; 540 x 12; 540 x 12
Deadlifts: Warm up with sets of ten to 315 for 10 (constant tension, bar did not bounce or touch floor)
Step Ups / SLDL: 3 sets of 8 using two 35lb kettlebells; alternating sets
Hack Squats: 50 lbs done using John’s methods, just about killed me, constant tension and deep
Seated Leg Curls: 3 sets of 20 at 135
Updated photos after week 3. Skin fold measurement is down a total of 8mm to 12 mm, body weight is down 22.5 pounds but unchanged from last week @ 184.4lb. SKinfold is down 4 mm from last week so this means some muscle gain!
