My First 2-Weeker

Hey guys, I haven’t been active on here very much lately but rest assured Jagger has been putting in work in the gym. If you guys remember, I had a very disappointing run with lowish test/higher tren earlier this year. I think after 6 weeks or so I had not seen any progress to speak of and was very disgusted with the way it turned out. Looking back, my training was definitely not on point due to my injury and I had absolutely no business running a cycle back then. Training has been going a lot better lately, and I think this will help kick up the intensity and gains a bit.

I’m on Day 4 of a 2-weeker, which is my first run for a 2-weeker, so I thought I would log my progress here for feedback and historical documentation. These cycles are talked about often here, but I haven’t seen a lot of people actually running them and keeping accurate feedback. So without further ado, here we go:

Day 1: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop + 40 mg Dbol
Day 2: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop + 30 mg Dbol
Day 3: 200 mg Test Prop + 25 mg Aromasin
Day 4: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop
Day 5: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop
Day 6: 200 mg Test Prop + 25 mg Aromasin
Day 7: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop
Day 8: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop
Day 9: 200 mg Test Prop + 25 mg Aromasin
Day 10: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop
Day 11: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop
Day 12: 200 mg Test Prop + 25 mg Aromasin
Day 13: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop
Day 14: 100 mg of each Test Prop/Tren Ace/Mast Prop
Day 15: 200 mg Test Prop + 25 mg Aromasin

Total (per week): 1,000 mg Test Prop, 500 mg Tren Ace, 500 mg Mast Prop

The Dbol was just thrown in there at the beginning because I had it left over from my bulker last year. I figure it couldn’t hurt and may give a nice little kickstart while the injectables kick in. Got a great pump at the gym both days, so it definitely did something.

Aromasin is a bit on the high side because I am very susceptible to elevated estrogen. My normal weekly dose on my TRT regimen is 25 mg.

Starting stats: 280 lbs @ 14.5% bodyfat (7 point caliper total 97 mm)

Goals: Get as big as possible and retain as much as I can afterwards, obviously.

Training: 5 days/week, Meadows style

Diet: Crushing carbs at each meal, with a ton of protein/fast carbs in my pre/intra/post workout shakes. Then a huge carb/sugar meal with high protein about an hour after training.

I’m on Day 4 currently and pinned my delts on first day. No issues there. But pinned the teardrops of my quads on Day 2 and holy shit was that a fucking mistake. Went out Friday night and could hardly walk, it was still sore Saturday. It is a lot better today but still pretty rough. I was literally losing my balance every now and again because of the pain/muscle weakness. It was brutal.I did the 200 mg Test Prop Saturday into the outter quad, which is a lot denser so didn’t experience much pain even though that is not an oft-used injection site for me.

Started to feel a nice strength increase in the gym Friday and even more so Saturday. Using the same exercises/routine as I did last week before starting and was able to use more weight after being a bit stagnant for the previous few weeks.

Weight wise I am up about 3 pounds in the morning. Not much to speak of other than that. Sleep has been fine except for the first night and no real sides so far.

Quads can be brutal the first few times. I understand the lateral quad should be preferred for the sake of avoiding nerves. Im considering trying delts or lats , but I dont want to put my arms out of commission. Legs can afford a few days off.

I would drop the oils a couple days sooner so that they have time to clear. Throw the DBol back in for the last 5 days since is will clear faster, allowing for recovery to start sooner

Yeah it is definitely going to take some getting used to. I usually pin my delts (with slin pins) so they are used to it. I guess it had been so long since I had pinned my vasteus lateralis that it forgot what it was supposed to do with it LOL

Just looked down and it is red about 8 inches long and 3 inches wide on both legs where I pinned it at. If it weren’t for the fact that I pinned my delts with no issues, and that it is on BOTH legs instead of one, I would swear it was infected. It is painful to the touch all around where it is red. So weird. I guess that is just the oil spreading out and dissipating.

I’m on TRT so recovery is not a concern. I’ll just pick back up with my TRT Test Cyp dose at the end of the two weeks. Was going to just keep it running in the background for the cycle but don’t really feel like pinning anymore than I have to.

As for the DBol, I was just finishing off what I had left from last cycle since I had stopped it a few days early due to some nasty side effects (estrogen related). So I used up all my stash on Days 1 and 2.

It remains to be seen, but I suspect at the end of this I will wish I had run an oral the entire time just as a bit of extra kick and synergy (although I am running 2 g’s a week lol). This cycle is really just a way for me to use up all the gear I have collected over the past 9 months or so. I didn’t have enough to run a full long cycle, and had been curious about the 2-weekers anyway, so I figured this is as good a time as any to try it out, especially since my training had been going so well.

The Test/Tren/Mast blend was actually purchased to be a finisher for the long cycle I aborted at Week 6 earlier this year. Funny then I had planned to use it to help lean out, now I am using it to try and get as huge as I can in 2 weeks lol

how tall are you?

2 week cycles are ridiculous… there is no logic behind it.

even if you had test/tren/mast suspension it wouldn’t be worth it…

Right at 6’4.

You may end up correct, but Bill Roberts is one of the smartest people I have evern conversed with when it comes to this sort of stuff and his opinion conflicts with yours. I don’t mind to guinea pig on myself, especially since this is all leftover gear anyway.

I am certainly seeing a strength increase already so there is clearly some sort of benefit, whether it translates to gains or not remains to be seen I suppose. We will have our answer in a short 10 days.

So far I’ve done a few 2 week cycles using Test Prop and Dbol at similar doses and had pretty good gains in strength and mass, but I’ve found that they’re not easy to keep.

well OP is on trt so it will be easier for him to keep gains…

Mr walkaway +1. Youd be better off to take 2 weeks of specific prohormones than 2 weeks of steroids… Not advocating prohormones. But the body usually takes 2-3 weeks to start seeing good results with injectables. Also why people wait 3 weeks to start post cycle therapy with injections.

Unless you have run 2 weekers yourself you shouldn’t say there pointless or ineffective. OP keep us updated, I’m curious about your results but my understanding one 2 weeker isnt ideal but multiple 2 weekers in a row you can see slow and steady gains

Had friends who ran 2 weekers of tren and test. He stopped because the tren bombs were not working for him. That said yes let us all know, im more than happy to be proven wrong and learn new things.
