Shrimp was too expensive so i bought back bacon [96.5% lean, wowzers].

Things are going good and im out of free meals [had 3 + refeed] so these last 8 days should be telling. Down a solid 10lbs to 199-200 in the morning. Shitty weather screwed up my conditioning plans but thats ok I Pr’d on dips 2 days after the refeed.

Seems like all i eat now is ham or back bacon cooked up over fresh spinach. My teeth are always “dry” feeling from the spinach.

Ideally I can push big squats today from what is left of the refeed 6 days ago. Maybe I should quit depending on the fart-inducing carbs and just get tough under the bar.

I would watch an orgy including only obese men right now for a pound of real bacon cooked up with brussel sprouts.
