My first workout today (21 nov 07)
A1. Chin (Reps were 3,3,3,3,2,2,2,1,1)(20)
A2. Dips (Reps were 5,5,5,5,5,4,3,3,1) (36)
B1. Curl (Reps were 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5)(70)
B2. Tricep Ext (Reps were 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5)(65)
C. Deadlift (5x60kg, 5x60kg, 5x70kg, 5x80kg, 5x80kg)
Chins and Dips were bodyweight only
Curls and Tricep Ext were with 18Kg (To light)
I am currently on the cutting phase of the Anabolic diet to slim down down a little. But January onwards will go onto the Mass phase.
Will do more posts when i have alittle more time.
