My ER trip

I just got out of the hospital yesterday. I was rushed to the ER because my stomach was so bloated and distended it was causing me tremendous amounts of pain. Turns out i had an enormous amount of impacted fecal matter in me. I think it was from eating protein powder straight. Anyway, does anyone have any tips on what I should fo training wise for the next week or so. And if someone could give me some tips on how to get all this excess IV water out of me that would help to. Thanks.

Lack of water could be part of the reason you got so plugged up to begin with. Drink lots of it. The more you drink the less you’ll hold.


How many grams of protein per lb of LBM were you taking in? Anyway, they make chewable fibre tablets that are not bad. You can get them at Walgreens or CVS. They help with meals like, steak eggs and a side of protein powder.

i eat a shit load of fruit and veggeies dude. I think i t might have been lack of H20
