My Diet

Here is my diet that i am using at the moment. Keep in mind that i am kind of strapped for cash and make do with what i can get.

Meal 4 @ 4:30pm (Pre-Workout Meal)

100g rolled oats
2 cups skim milk

Post Workout

30g/30g Dextrose/Maltodextrin
10g Creatine
Then 10 mins later
50g Whey Protein w/ 1 cup Skim Milk

Meal 5 @ 6pm

Family Dinner (Will have veggies and meat)
1 Mutivitamin

Meal 6 @ 9pm

1 cup rolled oats
1 Can of Tuna

Meal 7 (BEfore Bed)

Muscle Milk w/ 2 cups Skim Milk
OR
60g Casein Based Protein Drink w/water
OR
250g Cottage Cheese

ok meals 4-7 are ok I hope 1-3 have more real food including protein sources, veggies and fruit.

Goals?? etc.

For some reason the whole diet didnt go through. Heres the first part. Goals are to gain approx. 15kg of lean mass in 1.5 years.

Meal 1 @ 7:50am

2 eggs (Boiled)
1 cup Rolled oats
2 Slices wholemeal bread /w 1 TBSP Natty PB
2 cups low fat milk
20g Whey Protein
1 MultiVitamin

Meal 2 @ 10am

250g Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Brown Rice /w Soy Sauce

Meal 3 @ 12pm

100g Wholemeal Pasta
100g Beef Mince

Meal 4 @ 2pm

2x Slices Wholemeal Bread
1 tbsp Natty Peanut Butter
250g Cottage Cheese

and… What do you want to know? What are you trying to accomplish with this diet? Are you accomplishing it?

no veggie no fruit both are LOADED with micronutrients you need and want to be both healthy and recover etc. If nothing get a greens supp and hell of a multi.

other than that is the diet working?? are you gaining?? If no eat more if to fast eat less or get a bit more active.
