My Diet Plan

Alright a little background information. I am 6’1 or 2" and weigh around 245 at 21% bf. I’m actually a strength fanatic at heart, but as a college student going to Mexico this summer I am planning on doing some major cutting. I have 11 weeks before my trip, so here is my plan. I am going to follow the Velocity Diet exactly for 4 weeks, then switch to the T-Dawg Diet 2.0 for the next 4 weeks and back to the Velocity Diet 2 more weeks, then again the T-Dawg diet.

My question is: Is it safe to do the Velocity Diet twice in this short time period? If not what should I do?

Personally, I would save the V-Diet for before the trip. Is there really a need to be so militant this early in the progression? I would opt for T-Dawg 2 for the first 6 or 7 weeks, then follow the V-Diet for the last month.

Better yet, if you want to really look good for the trip, you might consider T-Dawging for 4 weeks, V-Dieting for 4, reintroducing real food for 2, and then following this protocol for the final week:
