My Diet - Not Getting Enough Protein

Breakfast

Porridge with honey or dried fruit
or
Sukie With nutrigrain bar
or
Bowl of frosted wheats or **** pops cereal

Lunch

Tesco Chicken and stuffing sandwich - 498 calories - 30 g protein (i eat this 90% of the time)
or
10 hot spicy chicken wings
or
beans on toast
or
spahetti and ham sandwiches
or
cheese toasties

Dinner
Scrambled eggs (2 whole eggs 1 egg white) with 2 toast and watered down red sauce
or
Chicken
or
Fish

Snacks during the day
2 protein shakes (each protein shake = 50g of protein)
chocolate bar/sweets
tea with sugar an odd time

This thread has given me a headache.

Search for something called massive eating. It will sort out your dietary problems.

Well, actually, your whole diet is a big problem.

Entire dietary overhaul. Massive eating is a good suggestion. They are John Berardi articles. Read them and come back with your new diet plan for us to critique.
