Right now I am a long time viewer of this website and everything and I must say I like it alot.
Right now I am layed off from work and it sucks with cash for foods and things for bodybuilding or working out. I get some money every 2 weeks.
But right now I eat eggs, turkey burgers, chicken breast, fish and tuna mostly. Oats, Vegs, bananas, Milk. Sometimes I cant afford protein powders. So on a cut, is it still possible? I keep beating myself up over this. I mean am I going to be fine as long as I keep my workouts in order?
