Wake at 7.15am

Meal 1�?�7.30am. I had 2 hard boiled eggs with a small portion of broccoli and cauliflower and 1 chicken breast.

Meal 2�?�11.30am. I had 2 hard boiled eggs, a small portion of broccoli and cauliflower and 1 chicken breast.

Meal 3�?�3.30pm. I had 2 scoops of whey with 400ml of water with a small portion of broccoli and cauliflower.

Meal 4�?�7.30pm. I had 130gms of tinned tuna, 2 hard boiled eggs and a small portion of broccoli and cauliflower

Meal 5�?�11.30pm. I had 1 chicken breast, 2 hard boiled eggs and a small portion of broccoli and cauliflower.

ne problems???..Criticism were needed please.

Well that diet looks very boring but it will work! Your ganna be ripped if you stay on it for a couple months! However you are going to long without eating 4 hours is too long eat every 2-3 hours! So this will mean youl add 1 more meal to your day possibly 2 but it will be much better for your metabolism and you want be hungry as often!
