My Core Training

I training soccer and my core training is very important for my sport.What do you think for this:
Monday:renegade row 4 sets,5 reps and knees to elbows 3 sets,6-8 reps
Wednesday:full contact twist 4 sets,5 reps and L-sit 3 sets
Friday:weighted front plank 3 sets and weighted side plank 3 sets
