So yesterday I did my first complex.

Bent Row
Front Squat
Push press
Back Squat

6 sets going 6,5,4,3,2,1
I did 3 sets with 115 and was smoked, I felt like I was gonna puke after the push press.
It was awesome,i cant wait till im using 135 or more and not getting smoked.
