My rear traps have gotten noticeably thicker, but my collarbone in front protrudes. My shoulders and arms are really well developed. I do a lot of military press, and bent over rowing and curls. I eat well, plenty of cookies, milk, veggies and steak. Nothing seems to work.
What are some exercises I can do that will target that area?

What’s your current height and weight?
How much bodyweight have you gained in the last eight weeks?
A recent picture would be interesting to see.
What are your best weights on these lifts, as well as your flat and incline barbell benching?
Add 50 pounds to your overhead press. Add 25 pounds per side to your flat and incline dumbbell bench. Add 20 pounds of muscular bodyweight. See where that gets you.

Youre worried about your collarbone but didnt mention your pecs once.
The clavicular head of the pec is what will cover the collar bone. Low incline dumbell press/barbell press.
But based on how all over the place your post is mentionining rows and curls I’m going to assume you just need a lot more mass everywhere anyway.

What bones said and whilst eating to add more overall mass, hope you’re doing some flys to after bread and butter movements. low incline cable/db flys or standing low cable crossovers like shown here. Low Cable Crossovers - YouTube
Do these on chest day-High to Low cable crossovers.
Set the cables to middle height-Push low, Push to the middle, Push to the top. That’s one rep.
Set the cables on the lowest height-Push to the middle, Push high. One rep.
Set the cables on the highest height-Push to the middle, Push low. One rep.
Now I’m not advanced by any means but I do 3x10 on chest day, and have noticed a big improvement on chest development. Just make sure you feel every contraction, especially pushing it to the top.
^^you do those separately right? You do the “middle height-push low, push to the middle, push to the top” for 10 reps then move to the next one for the next set?
All this talk of cable cross overs for thick upper pecs. Do any of you suggesting this have thick upper pecs built with these recommendations? No beef carlos lol
Not to be a dick but unless you are gifted in the upper chest area it’s going to take a lot of heavy pressing to build up that area.

I dont do the cable cross overs I was just asking for clarification. When i read his post I was envisioning him doing the first one, then lowering the pins and doing the second one, then lowering them again and doing the third one and that was one rep lol. Doing that for 3x10 would be so ridiculous. hahahaha but I know thats not what he was talking about but it made me laugh to imagine someone in my gym doing that.
My upper chest was pretty aweful but now its only kinda sucky. I’ve been doing a lot of incline DB press and I think thats really helped me out. I had shoulder surgery back in october so DB movements feel a lot better than BB for me

Yeah separately (each 3x10), I do it as an accessory lift. I do the usual money movements before hand (incline bench, flat bench) those definitely add the size. This is a good addition IMO though.

Hence my recommendation of doing “After bread and butter movements” :P. I like doing one heavy barbell or dumbbell low incline movement followed by some heavy Hammer Strength pressing (love the wide grip press machine), than I’ll do some flys, just for the nice pump. My pressing has always sucked to an extent tho.

Lol I reread the thread. I was posting without paying attention. Carry on. Pressing + flys = good
