My Clean Bulking Plan

at what im eating now i already feel like im bloating up…tshirts are seeming snug around my chest, shoulders…

i really wouldnt know what meals to add carbs too…

bulking is a mind game i think…

The only thing I see wrong with eating eight meat meals is the chewing. You will get very tired of chewing food all day. Listen to me now and hear me later. Two 1000 cal shakes and three meals can get you into the 4000 cal range. And you will need more than 3500 cals to gain. Oh, and drink milk. Lots.

Get bigger shirts and dont worry as much about eating so clean. Add in some red meat and pasta for a meal.
Add more carbs to pretty much all of them.
Bulking with 3500 calories is just not enough. Thats more of a maintenance amount of calories.
