It’s huge! My chest is so big, my range of motion is only like 3" from my chest to lockout when I bench. It’s really become a problem for me because it’s making my traps look really small. All the girls notice me when I walk into the gym and rep out on the decline. I can barely cross my arms anymore. I never really have to work it either. I mainly do cable crossovers just to keep the blood flowing to it.
Unfortunately I don’t have any pics to show or I would post how big it is. Looking for advice to get the rest of my body up to par with my chest. Thanx
My forearms completely dominate my body. I switched off hands when beating off but that just made them both out of proportion to my body. I swore off beating off but now its too late. Any way to bring up the rest of my body. Pic attached.
