Workout- 1.5 hours after meal ,1 scoop Surge during

Postworkout-1 scoop Surge+creatine

25min later-a 3rd scoop Surge slammed
3 scoops Surge = 525 calories

Meal2- 30 min later
1 cup ff yogurt/cc mix
1 scoop Low-Carb Grow!
2 cups original Total cereal
1 cup Total raisan bran
1 large apple,small bowl of steamed veggies, 1 tbsp Greens+
Drizzle of honey
P+C Meal 740 Calories 48g Protein

Meal3- 3/4 cup oatmeal

1 cup Total original
1 cup blue/cranberry mix

1 large grapefruit,small bowl of steamed veggies, 1 tbsp Greens+

Meal4- Huge salmon patty
1 tbsp flax oil
1 tbsp olive oil

Meal5- Lean ground beef steak
1 omega 3 egg
1 tbsp flax oil
1 tbsp olive oil
P+F Meal 610 Calories 50g Protein

Meal6- 2 scoops Grow!
2 tblsp pb
5 fish oil caps
5 flax caps
P+F Meal 520 Calories 48g Protein

Middle of night 2 scoops Grow!
220 calories 40g protein

I posted this because I have been slacking recently and have not been tracking precisely how many calories I was getting in. Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

( not usually a fan of weight gainers but it is useful between class timewise)

2 Scoops Grow!
1 Grapefruit
P+C 710 Calories, 53 g Protein

Meal 4- Salmon Patty
1 Omega Egg
1/4 Cup Walnuts
Veggies

P+F 720 Calores, 55g Protein

Meal 5- 1/4 cup almonds,brazil,cashew
5 Dried beef strips
2 3% String Cheese
5 fish caps, 5 flax caps

I go to work/class out of town so meals 2-5 are prepared the evening before and brough along in a cooler. Again, I would appreciate any comments.
