upper back definition is good, but your obviously a small guy. I’m guessing 130lb. Are you trying to get bigger or just cut?

More rows and start doing deadlifts.

How the hell old are you, like 15? You’re going to have a very hard time making those skinny forearms a decent size but you have good triceps potential as well as shoulders. Lats are extremely high. Your bodyfat is super low- all genetic.

Could this be your first wide grip chin? Your back is way to small and you need to get a new belt - Whoever told you that your belt should wrap 1 1/2 times round your waist was kidding.

Looking good man, could be better though. Just keep eating and working hard, you’ll get where you want to go.
