My All Pros Heavy Workout

I ran all pros today its my new lifting program from SS i beileve its better suited to my needs here is how it went

Light stretching for 5 minutes!

SQUAT 80LBS

I SKIPPED A FEW WARM UPS
BUT I DID 1X16 WITH THE BAR FOR A WARM UP FOR SQUATS

THEN I DID 4X8 SQUATS WITH 80 LBS

BENCH PRESS 75LBS
1X16 WARM UP WITH BAR

4X8 WITH 75LBS

BENT OVER ROW 65LBS
1X8 WARM UP
1X8 WARM UP

4X8 65LBS

MILITARY PRESS I STRUGGLE WITH THESE SO I STALLED A FEW TIMES REDUCED WEIGHT DOWN TO THE BAR FOR FINAL SET IT RAN LIKE THIS

1X6 STALL REDUCED TO 60
1X7 STALL REDUCED TO 45LBS
1X8 WEAK ARMS PUSHED THREW IT
1X8 FOUGHT LIKE HELL TO MAKE THE SET

SO WITH MILITARY PRESS SHOULD BE STRICTLY BAR TILL I PROGRESS I GUESS?

CURLS 35LBS COULD OF PROBABLY WENT HIGHER BUT WILL ADD WEIGHT NEXT SESSION USUALLY STRUGGLE WITH CURLS AS WELL

SO TELL ME IF IM GOOD MUFFED IT UP ABOUT STALLING EVERYTHING I NEED TO KNOW IF I DID IT RIGHT OR WRONG I KNOW I SKIPPED A FEW WARM UPS BUT IT WAS WITH BAR WEIGHT

Do whatever you want to do. You’re more changeable than a 12-year old.

You mentioned struggling with military press and biceps, would you like to start a new thread on each of those issues as well???

How old are you… Why do you change every aspect of your training every 4 days… Why do you have to write with caps lock on??? Why do you do 90% of what you do.

I strongly recommend that you follow a more sensible routine. Starting Strength or Strong Lifts. I don’t think you’re in the position yet to determine “what fits your needs/goals”.
