I'm gonna make a run at it for 6 weeks and really try my best. I know I'm fat and not as strong as I should be for my weight. I like to lift and I like the way it makes me feel. My biggest hurdle is my diet. I know quite a bit abut nutrition because I have battled being over weight all my life.

I have had a lot going on in my life this year and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I have lost interest in slmost everything. I have to take interest in myself or I will end up who knows where. I will post my workouts. My diet will be as clean as I know how to keep. I have the potential to be the topic of a writing if I can keep it all together. I would like to see just what my potenetial is .

Had a great week of relaxation and workouts can't remember sets or reps. I did get 275x5 on bench this week and Power cleaned 185 today. Not where I want to be but moving in the right direction.
