My 915 Program Results

Probably should of deloaded…Really disappointed with my bench…(May have been lack of assistance work).
But still happy with the progress ive made with my squat and deadlift
Squat: 300-345
Bench 255-(No progress)
Deadlift: 375-395

Thanks for the program boss…probably wont run this again though lol
Will be running the conjugate method (Tweaked for the raw lifter by the massthetic Boys).

Yes, a deload would have likely yielded a 10-20lbs greater increase. But what I find is that many people report their best progress 1-2 weeks after changing program.
